About Me
Welcome to somatic meditation based on the principle of unconditional love. My name is Joanna Malaczynski-Moore. I came to somatic mediation as a result of a number of challenging experiences in my life — divorce, career transition, health challenges, etc. These situations forced me to slow down, digest what I had experienced, and take a good look at myself and the world around me.
While there was much I wanted to change in the outside world, I came to realize that the only thing I could change was myself. That became the blueprint for designing my life. With this purpose in mind, I began to examine my own thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions. Somatic meditation became my primary tool for this.
As a result of my practice, I began to accept who I was, the creative constraints I faced in my life, and the dysfunctions of the world around me. This meant that I became happier and began to enjoy life more. I also incorporated unconditional love into my meditation practice over time and found this to be so effective that I decided to teach this method to others. I started doing somatic meditation over 15 years ago and am always finding new ways to incorporate aspects of this practice into my daily life.
